Hump support is a large tower support currently used for particle packing with excellent performance and wide application. It is widely used in the fields of oil refining, chemical industry, fertilizer, ethylene and oxygen production, and has a large diameter of more than 10 meters. In addition, there are bell-shaped supports, corrugated sheet net supports and grid-type supports. The hump support plate is also called the hump type packing support plate, also called the beam-type gas injection type packing support plate, which is a single combined structure. It is currently one of the better random packing supports, suitable for large towers with a diameter of more than 1.5 meters, and has a wide range of applications. Can enter the tower directly from the manhole. The monomers are placed in the tower at a distance from the bosses with a gap of 10mm to allow the liquid to flow down freely. The hump has a long side hole, which is stamped and formed by steel plate. Its liquid flux can reach 200m³/m²h, and the maximum pressure drop is 69Pa. It is suitable for various random packing above 25mm. Therefore, the side hole width is 25mm and the packing will not leak out. For smaller fillers, a small-sized expanded metal mesh can be covered on the hump. The material can be various metals, plastics and ceramics. For large towers with a diameter of more than 3 meters, a beam must be machined in the middle to be fixed with a support welded on the tower wall. The supporting plate is assembled by multiple beam-type supporting plates and is a detachable structure.
