Product overview:
The open-pored ceramic ball is a new type of spherical packing for supporting and covering made by the research of the fluid characteristics of the packing layer according to the mass transfer effect and medium of the packing, and the shape modification and design on the basis of the inert ceramic ball. The main principle is: using corundum and mullite as the main crystal phases of the product, taking feldspar glass and kaolin sintered body as the structural bridge, and using the high mechanical strength, high temperature resistance and resistance of alumina sintered body corundum and mullite crystals. Rapid cold and rapid heat characteristics, oxidation resistance, abrasion resistance, very low chemical activity, strong acid and alkali corrosion resistance, etc.
Product Features:
●The perforated ceramic ball has a single or multiple circular holes with the diameter of the sphere, which solves the problem of the swing resistance of a single sphere.
●The curved pattern open-pored ceramic ball has stripes or convex points on the convex surface, which improves the porosity and specific surface area of the filler layer, has strong liquid redistribution ability and excellent vapor-liquid dispersion performance.
●Compared with the performance of the inert alumina ceramic ball under the same conditions, the porosity is increased by 12%, the contact surface area is increased by 25%, and the resistance is reduced by 15%. At the same time, it can contain and intercept coke powder, colloid and heavy metal impurities to prevent them from depositing on the catalyst bed and coking and poisoning the catalyst.
