The metal structured packing production workshop has an annual output of 20,000 cubic meters of finished products and is equipped with 8 advanced high-speed stamping production lines. It adopts a ternary guide rail machine tool equipped with high-speed servo feeding technology to stably stamp 600 times per minute, and maintain the forming accuracy within 0.1MM. Equipped with 2 self-developed top-level full-automatic plate wave production lines, more than a dozen processes from feeding to finished products, combined with each process, are equipped with a visual monitoring system to eliminate accumulated errors and ensure excellent quality.
