Product overview:
It is made of polypropylene (PP) plastic into a spherical shape. Two hemispheres form a spherical shape. Each hemisphere has 8-12 half-sector blades according to the design requirements, and the fan-shaped blades of the two hemispheres are staggered with each other. The filler is characterized by large specific surface area and high porosity. However, due to the large number of blades, there is a shielding effect between each other, which is not conducive to liquid distribution and wetting; most of the liquid gathers in the hollow column of the sphere, which hinders the smooth flow of the gas, so the resistance is relatively large.
