Product overview:
The ceramic cross diaphragm ring packing is also developed based on the idea of increasing the specific surface of the packing to enhance the mass transfer efficiency. Its structure is to add a cross diaphragm to the Raschig ring. Generally speaking, due to its large size, this kind of packing is only suitable for neat stacking. At present, it is generally only used for the tower bottom supporting distribution layer of random piled packing. The cross diaphragm ring of Φ80-150mm can be used as support material, the porosity is greater than 60%, and the number is the integral number.

Product Features:
●Ceramic cross ring has high density and excellent acid and heat resistance, and can resist corrosion of various inorganic acids, organic acids and organic solvents except hydrofluoric acid.
●The ceramic cross ring is formed by the improvement of the ceramic Raschig ring, which has a larger specific surface area and better compressive strength than the ceramic Raschig ring, has excellent acid and heat resistance, and can and can withstand all kinds of products except hydrofluoric acid. This kind of inorganic acid, organic acid and organic solvent corrode, and can be used in high temperature or low temperature environment, so its use range is very wide. The ceramic cross ring can be used in drying towers, absorption towers, cooling towers, washing towers in the chemical industry, metallurgical industry, coal and natural gas industry, industrial oxygen production industry, and so on.
